A recent report by Deloitte has revealed thirteen major leading, rising and emerging global Human Capital trends.

The research questioned over 1300 business leaders and HR executives based in 59 major economic countries.  The report entitled ‘Resetting Horizons: Human Capital Trends 2013’ discovered that businesses are expanding their vision to stay ahead in this globalised world.  Companies are exploring new leadership approaches, encouraging talent development and prioritising critical HR needs.  The top trends were:
