Working with young people, emergency response, homeless charities and veterans, the ‘heads together’ campaign which is led by The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry aim to change the national conversation on mental health and wellbeing.
As part of the campaign ten films were released featuring people from all walks of life talking about how they cope with mental health problems ranging from anxiety, alcoholism, depression, loneliness and bereavement.
Most recently Lady Gaga and Prince William got their heads together on FaceTime and discussed how opening up and having conversations about mental health was vital in breaking the stigma around mental health.
Mental health is something which shouldn’t be hidden, as a healthcare training provider we strongly support and openly discuss topics relating to mental health. We also provide an online training course on the awareness of mental health, dementia and learning disabilities.
