Can online first aid training save young lives?Around 1,000 schools will be watching and learning vital life-saving skills from the Big First Aid Lesson on June 12th – an online lesson from the St John’s Ambulance.
This is the second time the organisation has put on the event – last year’s event was watched by over 32,000 pupils aged between 7 – 16.
This year’s event will be hosted by BBC presenter Claudia Winkleman and promises to teach basic life support skills in an engaging and informative way.
Online learning offers a fun way to deliver healthcare training. With the growth of tablets and smartphones, it is not hard to imagine this being the principal way of delivery training courses in the future.
